It’s no wonder Elias has stooped to hiding things from his younger sister to keep her safe, but when everything he’s worked towards begins to fall apart, how can he possibly keep his sister safe?
R wants freedom more than anything else, but when she finds out she has wings and is left with no choice but to find a way to escape the city, she begins to wonder; is freedom really worth the cost it brings?

It’s a whisper on the wind that they are taken by the government to accomplish a mission to rebuild the fallen kingdom of Astar. Skylar has heard the gossip, but taking care of her siblings has always forced the whisper to the back of her mind. That is, until she is one of the seven taken.
A war is brewing.
The conflict between the humans and the dryads has been ever growing. War is almost certain to befall the broken world once again. It would hardly make a difference for Kian. He’s already a rebel soldier pushing back against the government who forced his family from him. He doesn’t know which side to be on anymore. Until he is taken, when suddenly the only battle worth fighting is the one for his life.
